Abstract

Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN) is a rare form of epidermal nevus. It usually presents in children as itchy verrucous plaque in a linear distribution and is resistant to treatment. It is more commonly seen on the left side of the lower half of the body and more frequenly involves buttocks. The inguino-genital presentation of these lesions is extremely rare. Here we report a case of a 7-year-old female child with ILVEN on the right vulvar side.
