Abstract
Here is reported a case of desmoplastic hypopigmented Spitz nevus in a 5-year-old girl. Two months after its excisional biopsy, around the residual erythema, six small papules appeared, leading to perform a radical operation. The histological examination showed intraepidermal molluscum contagiosum and in the deep dermis persisting nests of epithelioid cells. Keywords
