Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an inflammatory, ulcerative skin disorder that occurs in all age groups. However, only 4% of the patients are children. The diagnosis of PG is based on typical clinical presentation, histopathology, history of an underlying disease and exclusion of other diseases that would lead to a similar appearance. We describe PG in an otherwise healthy 3-year-old boy, which was well controlled with systemic corticosteroid therapy. Keywords
