Abstract
Congenital erythropoietic porphyria is a rare inherited disorder of heme biosynthesis, marked by a myriad of clinical manifestations that contribute to significant morbidity and reduced life expectancy. This case is notable for its current quiescent nature following typical cutaneous involvement in photoexposed areas, supporting a diagnosis of congenital erythropoietic porphyria with no systemic features. Fractional CO₂ laser was successfully employed for facial scars without triggering relapse or exacerbation. This case is presented due to the rarity of such a clinical course and safe cosmetic intervention.
