Abstract
We describe a 9-month-old boy with scattered osteomata cutis and widespread atrophic lesions. The absence of other clinical features and biochemical changes allows the diagnosis of primary idiopathic osteomata cutis. Diagnostic criteria to differentiate the latter disorder from Albright hereditary osteodystrophy are defined. Keywords
