Abstract
Non-Hodgkin lymphomas are rare in children accounting for 6% of all malignancies (4). The skin involvement in the non-Hodgkin lymphoma may be primary or secondary to extracutaneous localizations; in the latter case the skin lesions have a twofold importance: they are the spy of systemic manifestation and their response to chemotherapy allows to assess their effectiveness even on extracutaneous localizations (3). In the case of primary cutaneous lymphoma a local treatment does not make sense taking into account the generalization of the disease. The diagnosis must be early because the timely onset of therapy improves the prognosis especially in aggressive forms such as B cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (1). Physicians should suspect this diagnosis in case of craniofacial localization (2, 5), rapid growth and infiltration of the lesion.
