Abstract

Herein we reported and discussed a 15 year old boy presenting with diffuse palmoplantar keratoderma transgrediens and progrediens of autosomal recessive inheritance and early onset. The diagnosis was subtyped to a not so common Mal de Meleda, that in addition showed unusual findings and disease-associated disfigurement, dysfunction and dejection.
