Abstract

Congenital melanocytic nevus with milia (Fig. 1) was observed on the back of a 2-month-old male. There were no milia on the rest of the skin and oral mucosa. On dermoscopy (Fig. 2) there were light-brown typical for age pigmented network, focal darker areas with typical globular pattern, and intermingled milia. Although more characteristic of other lesions like seborrheic keratoses, milia can be present in benign melanocytic nevi, mainly in the congenital type.
